This aware and independent young man has the intelligence to extract himself from the quagmire of the ''oh poor me syndrome'' and see that there is opportunity and a prosperous future for those who are willing to break the shackles of self destructive self pity. The left wing loonies who stoke the embers of a shameful bygone era for political gain only further embitter the black youths of today and ensure that their mindset of embittered alienation continues from one generation to the next. Between management positions and running my own business I have been interviewing and employing( and firing) people for over 40 years. I would have had no hesitation in offering this open minded and intelligent young man a post commensurate with his qualifications. Employers look for attitudinal qualifications as well as, or along with, the necessary level of proficiency to fulfill a particular position. Attitudinal qualifications include personal qualities such as;- Honesty, A willingness to learn, Adaptability, A team spirit, Reliability, Pleasant and friendly personality, Ambition and so forth. Many of these attributes cannot be taught as they were either developed and fostered by the parents or they were not.This guy will be a success, either as an employee or as a self employed entrepreneur. I trust the sincere message he has given in the video will be seen by and heeded by many African Americans. Whichever route he embarks on I wish him well. This bright young graduate's positive and inspirational outlook contrasts starkly with the resentful self pitying filth as graphically illustrated by ex convict whose type will still be whinging and blustering in 1000 years from now. They're both. Individual results vary. But it's precisely because they're both that it's still legitimate for the social group to continue to advocate on behalf of those in their group who are still victims of one kind or another.
