Who is actually most likely here to make you a convert to Christianity?

Have to agree. Honestly the people most likely to make you turn away from Christianity are the angry naysayers who bully, harass and act like holier-than-thou hooligans in the name of God. If you practice what the bible teaches, or what God teaches, and show humility and passion, you have more of a voice then if you thump your bible screaming hell fire and brimstone. Christianity is something you have to experience, there is no proof viable to anyone other than yourself, it is something you feel and believe. If you have an open mind and are curious about it, it's a fascinating religious structure and in many ways a very comforting thought. 1

Um.. how can i get converted if their is proof that half of what the old testament says is bs that never happened. And that the christian god will burn you in hell for eternity if you don't believe in him. Teaching that to a child is mental child abuse, you are simply feeding them lies. It makes me cringe when I hear people say that. More like make disciples because that's what Jesus told us to do. I tried to make disciples and answered peoples questions on here. Now I've gotten to the point where it's pointless to debate with people who aren't willing to actually listen and come up with so many excuses to hold them back from believing because in reality there is no excuse to not believe in God. I've debated so many people now, I just don't really feel like debating with people these days who I know won't change after the debate. That's why you rarely often see me online anymore these days because I have more important things in life than to be on a site filled with people who will debate about almost anything to the bone. 1

And there's your problem. You aren't going to convince anyone, if you arrogantly believe that they just aren't willing to admit you are right. The fundamental arrogance there precludes any possible conversion. It's like if an atheist was debating you, and decided to give up because they "knew" you didn't believe in god but you just didn't want to admit it. And, yeah, as Cartman said, it is a debate website, after all. 1

Nope. Ive met atheists who are assholes. But their assholish nature has nothing to do with the position of not believing in god. Nothing another atheist could do would cause me to not be an atheist short of proving a god exists. But if they did that then they wouldnt be an atheist anymore. 1

What are your points of hate for Christianity? What do you think they got wrong, if everything they believe is true? If everything they believed is true, what would you suggest is the direction of God for their lives today? Try to Honestly answer as if it were true And what are the main points you negative and positive points of this religion compared to other religions? It would take this "GOD" showing up, showing ALL other religions (including many who follow "HIS WORD" (whatever THAT is), apologizing for all the confusion HE has allowed, all the wars allowed to be fought in HIS NAME .... whichever name IS real ... if any (part of the confusion). Maybe even publish, and present copies to all his "creations", of HIS REAL WORD, and show some compassion for those HE has confused. S/HE/IT would then be something I could believe in and follow. I don't think that is too much to ask. I'm not holding my breath.
